At Floored, we do not ask you to choose between your fitness and your pelvic health. We figure out what is driving the symptoms, address the underlying issues, and build a strategy that lets you return to the activities you care about with confidence. That means real load management, pressure strategies, and pelvic floor coordination, not a blanket restriction.
Whether you are postpartum and ready to get back to training, or years past that and tired of modifying everything, the process starts with understanding what your body actually needs and ends with you doing what you love again.
