What women say about us
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sarah! She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She does an amazing job of adjusting her approach depending on your specific needs at each appointment. Finding a provider like her is rare and I feel really grateful for all that she’s done for me! I can’t recommend her enough. She has literally changed my life!
Dr. Sarah has helped me so much in my healing journey postpartum after my 3rd baby. It has been so insightful and encouraging to better understand my postpartum body’s strength and mobility through objective measurements of my core, hips and pelvic floor. I have been able to set daily life goals and attain them through hands-on treatment, functional movement exercises and breathing exercises. I am so grateful for her thoroughness and expertise. I highly recommend working with Dr. Sarah at any stage of your motherhood journey.
Dr. Sarah is an amazing practitioner! She is kind, caring, knowledgable, and understanding of everyone’s individual needs. I would highly recommend going to her for any kind of pelvic wellness!
She analyzed my complex situation and made a plan that addressed me as a whole person. She put in time to research and understand what I needed. It may feel strange to get PT for part of your body, but it has made a difference beyond part of my body. She is easy to talk with.
Dr. Tillay made me feel instantly comfortable. She accommodated the fact I need to bring my newborn to the appointment. She is very knowledgeable about my postpartum issues. I highly recommend her.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarah for physical and pelvic floor therapy. After giving birth, I was struggling with severe pelvis pain that persisted for two months. Sleeping on my side was incredibly painful, and I would wake up with lingering discomfort that made walking difficult. Dr. Sarah’s expertise has been a game-changer. Thanks to her treatment, my pain has disappeared, and I can now sleep comfortably on my side without waking up in pain. She also addressed long-standing shoulder pain I had been dealing with for years. Dr. Sarah is not only highly skilled but also very personable and thorough in answering all my questions. I would definitely work with her again if needed and highly recommend her to anyone seeking relief and professional care.
I worked with Dr. Sarah for some back pain I had while pregnant. Even virtually, she was able to quickly pinpoint the area causing the problem, and the stretches and exercises she instructed me to perform were immensely helpful. She was friendly, clearly very knowledgeable, and followed through after our consult with information she said she’d send. Very pleased with my experience.
Dr. Sarah has wonderful bedside manner and is a great listener. She helped me make steady progress towards a full recovery from birth.
So helpful! I started seeing her a month after having my first baby, and she has helped me immensely heal my pelvic floor. She’s also helped me with some core/hip issues that I had even before pregnancy. Definitely would recommend her to a friend!
Dr. Sarah is exceptional regarding her knowledge, kindness, and non-judgmental approach to counseling on an extremely sensitive subject. Pelvic floor therapy is something every woman should investigate and learn about for a more comfortable aging process for teens to post-menopausal stages of life. Thank you for all your guidance!

Frequently asked questions
How long does treatment typically take?
It depends on what is going on and what your goals are, so there is no generic answer worth giving. What we can tell you is that your plan will have clear phases, measurable goals, and a realistic timeline from the start. The goal is always to get you to a place where you do not need us anymore.
How do I know if my issue is something you treat?
If it involves your pelvic floor, there is a strong chance it belongs here. Floored works with women experiencing leaking, urgency, pelvic pain, painful intimacy, prolapse, constipation, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, surgical recovery, and return to fitness. If you are not sure, that is exactly what the free consultation is for.
I do not live in Oregon. Can I still work with you?
Yes. Floored offers remote sessions via Google Meet for women across the country. Remote care includes education, movement coaching, and a personalized wellness plan. Many women see meaningful progress without ever stepping into the clinic.
Do you accept insurance?
Floored does not accept insurance directly. This is intentional. It allows Dr. Sarah to spend the time your care actually requires and build your plan around your goals instead of billing codes. If you are an Oregon resident receiving physical therapy services, we provide superbill receipts you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What happens during the free consultation?
We talk. You share what is going on, what you have tried, and what you want your life to look like. From there, Dr. Sarah will let you know whether Floored is the right fit and what the next steps would be. There is no pressure to commit and no exam at this stage.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No. Oregon is a direct access state for physical therapy, which means you can schedule with Floored without a referral from your doctor. If you are out of state, the same applies to our remote wellness services.
