Pregnancy changes the way your body carries weight, manages pressure, and moves through daily life. For some women, those changes lead to pelvic girdle pain, pubic bone pain, low back pain, hip pain, tailbone pain, or discomfort with walking, rolling in bed, stairs, exercise, or getting in and out of the car.

These symptoms are common, but that does not mean you have to push through them. Pain during pregnancy often improves when the body has better support, better movement strategies, and better coordination between the pelvic floor, core, hips, and breath.

Pelvic floor physical therapy can help reduce strain and improve comfort as your body changes. Care may include mobility work, strengthening, pelvic floor coordination, posture and movement support, labor preparation, and practical strategies for daily activities.

Pregnancy may change your body, but you do not have to feel unsupported in it.
